Supporting Our People and Community
Safety and community are at the heart of everything we do. In January, we launched a wellbeing program focused on posture and muscle health, empowering our production team to stay safe and healthy.
We also opened our doors to local students, offering them a behind-the-scenes look at industrial careers in Valence, inspiring the next generation.
Our visual safety guide, BOB, a real-life-sized cardboard cutout, stands proudly in our production area, reminding everyone to stay alert and prioritize safety next to critical machines or higher risk areas.
In June, we participated in a community run that brought together over 4,000 participants, fostering a spirit of sportsmanship and well-being across our region.
Leading with Environmental Responsibility
Since early 2025, we’ve recycled over 5 tons of glassine, transforming waste into home insulation and reducing landfill contributions. Partnering with Recygo, we recycled 1 ton of employee clothing, turning it into new raw materials and avoiding 6.8 tons of CO2 emissions. During Sustainable Mobility Week in Valence, we encouraged our team to embrace greener transportation options like walking, cycling, public transit, and (working remotely), contributing to a healthier planet.

Did you know that a single email with an attachment can produce 35 grams of CO2? In March, we participated in Digital Cleanup Day, taking steps to reduce our digital carbon footprint by deleting unnecessary emails and unsubscribing from newsletters.
Each year, our team participates and contributes to support vital research and patient care during Breast Cancer Awareness month. We also decorate our offices with pink accessories and decorations as a visual reminder of our commitment to the cause. We’re looking forward to doing this again next October.
