Exafit® 43129HP is a double-sided foam tape especially designed for flexographic cliché mounting. Reverse wound version of Exafit® 43121HP, it features a graphic grade cohesiveP acrylic adhesive on its open (cliché) side and speciality acrylic adhesive on its closed (cylinder) side. Exafit® 43129HP is reinforced with a polyester film and uses a white, corrugated, PVC liner.

Applications

  • Mounting of flexographic photopolymer and rubber clichés on to cylinders or sleeves, when it is necessary to mount the tape on to the cliché first.
  • Exafit® 43129HP is particularly suitable for use on small diameter cylinders used in the label industry.
  • Exafit® 43129HP is designed for both half-tone and block printing, or a combination of both, when used on the same cliché.
